Hi Guys,
I have this problem that the custom users(based on DMS authorisation) respond by saying that they cannot access the Qlikview Accesspoint. when I see QEMC, I always see that the Server is down..
I start the Services and everything works again.
This has been going on for almost one year now and i want to know, where the problem lies...
Today it happened again and I am attaching the windows performance Log.
Can anyone help me with this issue Please..
I have all the Logs.. Please see the attached Logs..
Sravan
Good Day,
Check if the server can handle all the tasks and if it' s set to Auto-start.
Hi Hugo,
First of all Thanks for your answer!
How could I know whether the Server can handle all the tasks? Everyday all the tasks load normally.
Normally 'server goes down' during the daytime, when the tasks are not running.
Can you please explain where the "Auto-Start"setting is present?
Thanks
Sravan
Hi Sravan,
Check if the Service is autostarting.
Reboot the server.
Try to reinstall it.
I suppose you are not installing all the services in the same machine. What`s the configuration of the server-schema?
Do you still have a valid license?
Hi Hugo,
The thing is that the services are not down. They are always seen started as below:
I find out that the custom users(DMS Authorisation) that the accesspoint is not available. And then I see that only two services(below Fig) are running in QEMC, though the Services are running as normal in the above figure
When I start all the services, again the accesspoint is available.
License is still valid
All the Services are on the same machine.
We have Windows server 2008
and the QV Version is 9.0.7502.8 which is same as QV Server version
see that others are also having same problem in the following thread

Hi Ano,
Please state what QlikView Server version you are running, this post was created in 2011, and user was running version 9.
Do you have any QlikView Server logs to share?
