How to remove expand option in pivot table?

In the pivot table I want to remove collapse from third column onwards. Is there any option from where i can keep the Usernames which belong to particular account under the tree and rest should come in columns.Expanding should be there from third column onwards...

I guesse you don't want everything always fully expanded (option Presentation--always fully expand).

What you could try is to put the fields you don't want to be expandable as expression:

= fieldname

As far as I have seen it is not possible to say to a column not to expand any further or whatsoever.
