My QV file is not loaded in Publisher

Hello QV geniuses,

I have a QV file to be reduced in the publisher. The problem is when I open the document in the Publisher, it doesn't load the fields/values. I don't have problems with the other files. The file size of the problematic file is around 9MB.

Can you please tell me what could be the problem?

Dear Reagan,

Maybe you need to increase the message size, try the following:

** make a back copy of the "QVManagementService.exe.config" first.

• Look / open for notepad> right click and "run as administrator"
• File open > Locate the file QVManagementService.exe.config (default location C:\Program Files\QlikView\Management Service) - Note: Need to change the select from the file type drop down from "text document (*.txt)" to "All files(*.*) "  so you can find ".config" files.
• Edit the file and increase the size of  "MaxReceivedMessageSize"

Default value:   <add key="MaxReceivedMessageSize" value="262144"/>
            Exampe value:  <add key="MaxReceivedMessageSize" value="2621440"/> ( add a zero)

• Save the file and restart QlikView Management Service
