Hi, I need your help.
I'm seeing different numbers in a dashboard with different users accessing from different browsers. No section access is being implemented in the dashboard.
The issue disappears once we restart the browser and remove the caches from the browser. We've experienced this issue a couple of times and we want to figure out a way to avoid having to clean the caches to make sure we are getting the latest values from the dashboard.

Have you tried getting your users to "Clear Last Document State" from the Access Point entry ? (expand the view details info)
Also, perhaps try clearing the bookmarks from the server.

Click on remove last document state.
Even try by restarting QlikView Services
