Multibox selection

I have a multibox with values for all the fields being selected in one tab.I have same multibox in another tab . When I move to next tab , the values in the multibox are not being displayed .What needs to be done to make all the values appear in the multibox in the second tab?

Also if possible try to

1) Create Multi box again with the same fields

2) Copy the Multi Box and paste on the other sheet

When the option ignore null is selected the values do appear in the multibox in the second tab. Since the file is bit large unable to post it here .
