13 Months Back Trend Data

Here I want a simple small requirement with a Line Chart/or any possible chart. Please help. Attached is the Data source.

Task is to select Year and month, and based upon the selections that chart should show last 13 months trends from that selected month.

So If I select, 2014-Oct, the trend should show from 2013-Oct to 2014 Sep.

Isn't it possible to show 13 months in the Graph? I wanted in that way.

Or as an alternative can it be shown in a Pivot?

yes go to properties of the chart then Presentation tab and uncheck the suppress zero values

then months with zero values will be shown
