Unfortunately, you can't perform a scheduled reload with Qlik Sense Desktop. You can only manually reload the data. You need the full licensed Qlik Sense platform for that, which includes Qlik Sense Server.
If you have Qlik Sense Server installed and licensed, you can set up a Task from Tasks on the QMC start page.
