Tasks and Trigger path looks good.

No we haven't made any changes in network configuration, or server name?

I know that is not a real solution, but did you tried to delete a schedule and re-create it?

Just a theory...:

Your QVPR-database might be corrupt. The QVPR is the Task Repository. It has been a few issues with QVPR turning corrupt through different Service Releases of QlikView.

The location of the QVPR "database" - just a collection of XML-files is here in a default installation:

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\QVPR\

in the:

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\QVPR\Backups\

There are actually fully zipped backups - automatically created in the background for each day that might help you recover to a previously consistent QVPR...

But be sure that you know what you are doing before you start messing with these files.

Mh,

it's a very strange issue.

If you're a partner you could try to contact Qlik Partner Support... usually they are quite quick to answer.

Change the chunk size to "20". After changing it restart all the services.

ChunkSize can be found in the QV Management Service Config file:

C:\Program Files\QlikView\Management Service\QVManagementService.exe.config

    <add key="QMSChunkSize" value="100"/>

There wont be any impact in the server. This happens because if there are more tasks are added into QMC .

By reducing the chunk-size, issue will be resolved

ChunkSize might improve qvds performances.

Some version of QlikView Server had some issues with the chunk size being set high, so the solution was to lower it.

But I don't know if this will solve your problem.

QVDS performance and QMSChunkSize

The only time the ChunkSize is used is if the workorder is out of sync between the Management Service (QMS) and the Distribution service (QDS). At this point all task information will be sent from QMS to QDS. ChunkSize determines how many tasks should be sent in each message.

This means in a stable enviroment ChunkSize is not in use and will not impact performance.

Please note that we recently did some major fine tuning of this sync which was released in 11.20 SR11 (also patches are available on some earlier SR's). This has proven very useful in clustered QDS enviroments with many tasks.
