Hey,
does anyone know solution for my problem. After upgrade from SR1 to SR11 our AP started to hang all the time with error
The description for Event ID 300 from source QlikViewServer cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
Restart: Server aborted trying to recover by restart. Reason for restart: Phoenix detected: PGO access stuck
I have tried to delete PGO-files from C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer and from Document folder but that did not help anything.
Any ideas?
Hi,
Have you excluded the PGO files from you anti-virus scan?
Bill
Yes I have.
QV support think it is related somehow to the shared folders, have to try set the document folder pointing to the default location.
Hi Joni,
We are currently investigating this internally, and have an ongoing investigation. Please file a case to QlikView Support for this to be investigated further.
Regards,
Erik
Change the PGO file path in QMC, then restart the services.
You can see them working now also you can delete the old PGO files now.
Hi, j solved by setting the System account on the service "QlikView Distribution Service" and "QlikView Server"
