Hi there!
One of our clients just purchased some extra Document CALs.
I assumed, that we could delete the User CALs of the users getting a Document CAL now, for they will lease a Document CAL as soon as they open the specific application.
Turns out, that neither lease nor manually assigned Document CALs seem to work while the User CAL of this person is still in quarantine.
Is this behaviour expected? Do we really need to wait a total of 24 hours before we assign a Document CAL to some users having User CALs at the moment?
