Is there any setting in the document which enables users to see image in the thumbnail view? I cannot see the image in one document, however, the rest of the documents I can see the image.
I've had that a few times, sometimes changing the document thumbnail from "openign sheet" to "image" and back again works (document properties menu, opening tab), sometimes you need to stop and start the services on the server
