Missing Dates over Bar Chart,Scatter Chart object and start Date and end date for Alternate States

Hello Everyone,

Can someone help me with below three Issues.

1)I have dataset with missing dates..in below chart we can observe 2012-Q1,2012-Q2,2014-Q4,2013-Q1...User want see missing dates with Data not available Bar...

How can i get them?????

2)In scatter plot we have bubble size according to Count(value). But user is looking for Color gradient should be according to Count..and bubble should be replaced with Squares...below picture for reference.

3)Other requirement is, I need Start date and end date(range of data) for alternate states.

Create a separate master calender to get the missing dates and link with your script.

When i work on this code....I can see all Months...but values on bar are constant

Expression: Count(Distinct Parent Record Id )

Dimensions: 1) Year, MonthName, QuaterName (Cyclic Group) 

                    2) Interaction Type, Interaction Subtype(Drilldown)
