Error of SAP connector

Hi, everyone

I have a question. Thank you please answer.

I had installed the version 6.0 of the "SAP Connector", but version 6.1 since it was released, it was downloaded and installed.

However, after installation, it was not possible connection of "Qlik Sense" and "SAP".

It had been able to before you install version 6.1, and now I can not even connect "SAP" and "QlikView".

I, 6.1 uninstall, I installed the then 6.0 again.
However, "SAP" and the connection of "QlikView" could not be.

Error when you connect "open connection failed conversion error between two character sets" has been output.

Please tell me how to resolve this error.

Contents of the connection at the time of the log file is the following.

For Submissions question, was self resolved.

1. Cause that could not be connected in version 6.1

I had not the application of the "E66K900063" file to SAP.

I'll try again to apply the "E66K900063" file to SAP.

2.It was not even able to connect back to version 6.0.

SAP user ID is locked.

thank you.
