- Qlik Sense Management Console on Windows is in version May 2024.
- The latest version of Qlik Sense Client-Managed Mobile-app is installed on an iphone 11 iOs 16.1.2
When using the Mobile-app on the iphone, and opening the stream, the Qlik app is visible, but when trying to open it, it is searching for a while, and after that it remains empty - nothing to see.
When the same user opens the Qlik app in a browser on a laptop, she has no problems.
I have published another small Qlik app ont the stream with very little data, assuming that it could be a memory issue, but the same here, nothing to see if she opens it on her mobile app.
I've also changed the Keep-alive timeout to 300 in the Proxy config of the QMC, but that didn't help either.
What could be the cause of this problem?

Visualizations: Unable to open apps on the mobile application
A technical issue was preventing users from opening apps on the Qlik Sense Client managed mobile application on iOS or Android. The application can now be used normally in offline and online mode.
