Hello,
I am a developer whom has a license of Talend via my company. I am unable to create a ticket since my credentials do not show that I am a customer of the license, am I able to link myself and others to my company's account to be able to access the ticketing system?
I'm not sure which forum to post this - so if there is another one where this would be more appropriate feel free to let me know.

Please see this Blog and the guidance on support cases and policy, the section titled "Register a Qlik ID" will guide you and link to necessary information on how to register, please follow the details and ensure you use the correct information for your registration so the registered account is linked to your licensed account.
And this Blog will provide additional information on navigating the support portal once you have your Qlik ID.
