Enabling shared mode studio error: can't find Profile: profile

Hello,

I am using Talend 8 Studio with 2 concurrent user licences. Now I need to enable the shared mode. I've enabled it by following the steps in this description:

I have windows administrative rights on the machine.

When I log in, the system successfully connects to git and shows the branches. However, when I click open, I get an error message:

The new folder p2 remains empty:

I've looked into this issue with a devops colleague, but we haven't found an answer. So now the question is what could be the problem and how to solve it.
