Error:Database port already exist on 4432

We are trying to upgrade postgresql repo but getting following error, can someone please help.

Did you stop all the Qlik Sense Service, included the actual Repository DB

It states that we should stop all the services on Rim node and for central node stop all services except the Qlik Sense Repository Database.

Do we need to stop that also?
