File trigger on remote folder

Hey there,

From my TAC I’m trying to have a job to start every time a specific file is modified.

To do that I’m using a file trigger but in the path folder it doesn’t seem to recognize an url

My TAC, my exec and the file are on three different servers.

Does the file path only works with a local file? Is there a solution my issue?

Hello,

you need to mount folder with file on machine where you have your Job Server. And just set patch to file like you access it from Job Server machine.

Ok we’re trying this but have issues related to login and password and automating these relations.
I’ll keep you posted soon but it seems to be working now.

Hi Cheveu,

You cannot apply file trigger on remote folder. It is applicable only for local.
