I am fairly new to the enterprise edition. Talend provided the following documentation set but none of them is straightforward enough to get started with it. It's like you want to learn a programming language and all you have is a ton of **bleep**ty specs, or you want to find a place to have breakfast and all they gave you is an encyclopedia of all restaurants in the country.
So I came here hoping someone has written something that can help one do the following:
- make sure TAC & friends are configured correctly: you can easily get lost in the installation process, deprecated stuff here, an unexplained process there.
- how to create your first project, work on a team using git/svn, build and deploy it, run it. A basic thing like that is all you need and all you can't get!
Talend lacks support anywhere else on the internet, at least the official resources should be user-friendly.
