Getting stdOutErr log on Talend Management Console

Hi we are running a bunch of jobs on TMC cloud in production. The logs we are getting on the console are ErrorLog files irrespective of the log level(error, warning, info) which are not very user friendly.

Is there a way to change any configuration to get stdOutErr log file when we download logs from TMC?

The messages were present in the file stdOutErr_YYYYMMDDHHMISS_<random string>.log?

<Remote Engine Folder>\TalendJobServersFiles\jobexecutions\logs\

If they are present, there exists a method in order to "collect" the messages and make them appear in the TMC log.
