Is there a way to automate the Talend 7.3 Runtime install?

Specifically

TalendRuntime-7.3.1-linux-x64-installer.run

On Redhat / CentOS

Is there a different script that can be run to automate the install?

Hello,

Are you using talend cloud product or talend ESB solution V 7.3.1?

With talend cloud product, you can download Talend Runtime from the Talend Cloud portal with an installer (run executable file) or in an archive (tar.gz).
