kindly assist to get up the DR environment.
Hello!
After a Windows update, the deallocation of your Qlik Replicate license, despite the data folder copying correctly, is likely due to the update changing permissions, corrupting the license file, or altering network rules. Your first steps should be to restart the Qlik Replicate services, verify the service account's permissions over the installation and data folders, and then re-register the license through the management console or repctl utility. Checking the Windows Event Logs for errors around the time of the update can also provide clues. If these steps fail, you may need to contact Qlik support, as the update could have created a specific incompatibility.
Dear Jamie,
We attempted to restart the services, but they failed to run. After the upgrade, none of the services remained in a running state. When we tried to start them manually, they would start briefly and then immediately stop.
We also noticed that the service’s "Log On" account had changed from "admin" to "local." After manually switching the log‑on account back to "admin," the services ran continuously.
However, upon accessing the console URL, the license became deallocated.
