Node Registration error

I received a link and password to enter on the server node to register it. However when I did it I received the  message "Could not install the certificate package. Try again or check the log for details". What is the path to where these logs are located.

The issue was that I already imported certificates therefore the redistribute would not work. Once I deleted the certificates it worked
