Preload tasks do not work when assigned a rim node

When creating a preload task in QMC, the task is only successful when adding Central Node as the dedicated node.  Whenever we try to add a RIM node, the task will fail and we get an error saying 'No worker scheduler found'

All RIM nodes are enabled to Schedule Reloads and Preloads with Schedulers Active Preload.

I've checked all configurations for load balancing rules, config of rim node. 

Does anyone know why preloads aren't running when assigned a rim node?

Can you go to QMC and confirm on the Nodes section that these below are enabled?

These are the minimal boxes that need to be checked, but if you have more, no problem. These 3 are must-have.

Also, on the QMC, separate section, Load Balancing Rules, could you share the rule you have and if they are Enabled/Disabled?

This could also impact your system's ability to preload the apps.
