QEM Messages and Notifications in Windows Event Log

When I set "QEM -Task Notification - No Changes"   to report when a task has not had any changes for a period,  I don't get a Windows Event Log notification.

I only get emails when source is SQL Server.  I'm not getting emails when source is DB2 or Oracle.   
However what I really want is the Windows Event log Notification

Is there a reason I'm not getting the notification?

Thanks for reaching out in Qlik community.

Please provide below information:

1. Is this issue only with "No changes were captured in the last [N]minutes" notification?

2. Are you receiving windows event log notifications as expected for all other events?

3. This notification works only for replicate versions above May 2022, What is your replicate version?

4. Can you try to disable the notification save and then enable it again?

5. Did you find anything about this in Enterprise manager logs?

Hello @Laura_NJ 

Additional information as what Rajyalakshmi mentioned, if you've made any changes to Notifications settings, kindly stop and Resume the task so that changes will take effect.

2. Are you receiving windows event log notifications as expected for all other events? Yes we are receiving for other events.  This is the only event we don't receive the event.  What should the code  be in the event log.  The Qlik user guide doesn't list an event code for No Change

3. This notification works only for replicate versions above May 2022, What is your replicate version? We are on 23.11

4. Can you try to disable the notification save and then enable it again?  I have tried
