Hello everyone,
I'm working on a preload article and realized I've never looked at other people's approaches to cache warming.
With native Preload Tasks now available in QMC (since May 2024), I've been thinking about when to actually use it, and I realized I don't have a "standard" for it.
Before you enable a preload task for an app, what does your assessment process look like? Do you have a checklist, or do you just wait for users to complain?

I use "common sense" (not checklist!).
When I see that app takes time to load after reload i consider it a good candidate for this, Also I use this for apps serving NPrinting
cheers
Hi,
Mainly heavy applications with large data volumes, as well as applications that are used extensively by many users.
The impact depends on the resources allocated to each server and its overall capacity.
