The official "App Analyzer" installed and updated by the Monitoring App Automation is not reloading anymore.
The following error is shown: Error: Unexpected token: ')', expected one of: 'OPERATOR_PLUS', 'OPERATOR_MINUS', 'OPERATOR_MULTIPLICATION', 'OPERATOR_DIVISION', 'OPERATOR_STRING_CONCAT', 'like', 'and', ...
Since the "App Analyzer" is a dashboard maintained by you, I kindly ask for your support.
I went through this. If I recall correctly, it is because Qlik added a new security layer for managing those people who have privileges to use API keys. As a Tenant Admin, this was not an issue until the new security layer was added. I didn't have access to this security layer (because I did not have it and I was not aware that I needed it). Thinking back, I believe that I needed to start by adding a new permission. I then assigned that permission to myself and to the stand-by Tenant Admin.
To add the new permission, Go into the Admin screen and select "Manage Users". Across the top of "Manage Users" you will see a menu option for "Permissions". Select "Permissions". In the upper right hand corner of the Permissions screen press the "Create new" button. Configure the new permission as follows:
Name: API Key Access
Description: Users who can create API keys
Permissions: Selected
Press the "Create"/"Confirm" button. You should see a new permssion appear in your permissions list.
Next, I assume that as Tenant Admin (or perhaps whoever installed those reports), you need to add this new permission to your member roles. Again, starting in the "Manage Users" activity, select "All Users" from the menu across the top. Find your user (or perhaps whoever installed those reports) from the user list and press the elipsis (...) found at the far right hand side of the user row, and from the drop-down menu that appears select "Manage Roles". You should now see a check box for API Key Access. Click the checkbox. You now have the ability to use API keys, and your reports should refresh.
