Running tasks cannot be completed

Good morning,

We noticed the appearance of ghost tasks running for more than 100 days in the different environments.

These tasks cannot be completed.

 

could you please provide us with a solution to complete them?

The best way for you to find a solution to this is to contact support and raise a case. please provide the task execution log and Remote Engine log in the case for further investigation.

Hi,

We had the same issue for a few days in our environment.

Old completed jobs suddenly showed up as running jobs that had been running for more than half a year 🙂

But, it went away by itself after a day or two.

Hopefully it does the same for you.

If not, I see no other option than contacting Talend Support.
