SMTP: Timeout occurs while retrieving this parameter

Hi All,

I am trying to setup SMTP via TAC configuration menu for email notification, but encountered the following error: Timeout occurs while retrieving this parameter

Port to SMTP is opened and confirmed via telnet.

I cannot seem to find any information of the error from the logs

I am using PostgreSQL database for TAC DB.

Anyone can help to locate the root cause?

Any hint will be highly appreciated.

I am using outlook office 365, I can send emails both in TAC and Studio, here are my settings.
