We have multiple qlik replicate servers in our environment that a particular group of users have access to. One group has access to one qlik replicate server and the other group has access to the other qlik replicate server. However, when any of the users log in to Enterprise Manager, they are able to see all the servers and their corresponding tasks. They can even make changes to any of the tasks on any of the servers.
How can we restrict these users to only see the server they have access to? I noticed there is an All Servers tab in the permissions window, but if I remove users from there they cannot see anything. Is it really an all or nothing kind of permission model?
Thanks for any help you can provide.
Hi @zacker20
Server level restriction needs to be done at the server level. In QEM locate the server you wish to restrict access, right click the server name and choose 'Server Management' > 'Permissions'.
In the UI you will be able to restrict server, task, or endpoint access to individual users for QEM.
