We are using Talend ESB 6.5. One TAC and several runtime servers.
All processes are running ok on the runtime servers. These processes (tasks) are visible on the ESB conductor page in my TAC, but the online status indicates that none of the processes is active. This happens once in a while on 1 server.
My solution was to redeploy all the tasks on a runtime
, but now all servers show this problem.
So I am looking for another solution. What is going on here and how to fix it?
Also on the Server page all the servers show that they are down. But they are not.
The servers are also accessible from the TAC.
Is there a specific port that is used for getting the server status?
Please open a ticket on Talend Support Portal if you haven't submit it yet, I think we need extra environment information and schedule a calling or webex meeting to investigate/discuss the issue together.
