TAC database configuration

We have a problem since early afternoon when trying to connect to the TAC.

We arrive on the Database Configuration page (see attached file).

What is the origin of the problem?

Hi

Take a look at this related issue on stackoverflow and try to add the parameter serverTimezone=xxx to JDBC URL or change the Mysql server timezone.
