where do I set log4j content for the job in Talend Admin Control?

my company using Talend Studio for Big Data 7.3.1 to develop app.

I am using log4j2 for logging. In my machine, I set the content of log4j.xml in Talend Studio/project setting/log4j. It works fine, i can see the log file and log info in my local file.

My question is: 

in Talend Admin Control website, where do I specify the the log4j.xml content for the job deployed in remote engine? I would like to set the path of the log file in remote engine server.

Hi

As I known, configuring the log4j option and its content is done in studio, the log file will be generated on machine where Job server is installed.
