Talend Administration Center 7.2.1 windows service often off unexpectedly

Dear Talend Support,

We face issue that talend service: Talend Administration Center 7.2.1 at our server TAC environment often terminated unexpectedly. It so irritate our daily operation.

 

Our OS version is Windows Server 2012 R2 with 64 bit , RAM 32 GB . Details information below

Out latest update patch is Patch_20210618_TPS-4844_v1-7.2.1:

Why this symptoms always happen? Our temporary solution when this happen is restart the server when it's happen because the service not effect when we start

The first place I would look at is under the apache-tomcat/logs/catalina.out file for when the service stopped. That will tell us the error encountered prior to the crashing .ie disk space, ram or database unavailability are the most common causes.
