Talend - SVN Issue - Error - 'Commit Modified files' has encountered a problem

Hi 

Every time i'm trying to save a job, I'm getting the below error and none of my changes to the job are getting saved in the SVN. any idea what's the issue

svn: E160024: File or directory 'talend.project' is out of date; try updating
svn: E160024: resource out of date; try updating
svn: E175002: CHECKOUT of '/svn/Talend/!svn/ver/6558/projec_tname/trunk/talend.project': 409 Conflict (https://xxxxxx.yy.zzz.project.org:8443)

Does this error happen normally? Is there any edit lock?

We are supposing you are a customer with a licence for our subscription solution product since you're using the team features.
We are also supposing you have access to our customer management system here:https://login.talend.com/support-login.php.
Could you confirm?

When I tried removing the “Talend.project” file and restated tos it was working for few weeks, now again Im facing the same issue. Moreover it’s causing some weird issues, see my thread below.
