Task in Talend Administration Center was "Killed by user/timeout trigger"

Hello, everyone!

We ran task in Talend Administration Center inside Execution plan and got: "Killed by user/timeout trigger".

In task`s execution log we couldn`t see any helpful information.

Job ends in randomly period of time. (It maybe 5, 10 or 20 minutes etc)

We have one job in executiontask

select * from executiontask e

where id = 22

We added this job in job conductor twice and gave him two different names (labels) (ods_rk, ods_axdb)

In TAC log:

/opt/Talend-8.0.1/tac/logs/techical.log in 2022-03-01 17:25:34:

2022-03-01 17:25:34 DEBUG ExecutionTaskHandler - Task with id=22, status is changing from 'RUNNING' to 'REQUESTING_STOP'

2022-03-01 17:25:34 DEBUG ExecutionTaskHandler - Task with id=22, errorStatus is changing from 'NO_ERROR' to 'NO_ERROR'

and the same log above:

Since you are using the subscription version of Talend, you will have access to Support. This user however, is not linked to a supported account. In order for you to raise this, you will need to link this user to a supported account. To do that, go here....

https://login.talend.com/customer-registration.php

....and go through the registration process again using the email address you used for the user you are using. But this time, select "Yes" at the first drop down. You will then your Account code. You should be able to get that from whoever is the admin of your account.

Once you have re-registered, when you login to Talend Community you will see a new "Contact Support" button in the header of the homepage.

This question is probably best raised with Support. They will be able to see exactly what is happening via Zoom.
