Unable to access TMC

Hi

I have had our talend license since July and have never had any trouble logging in to TMC. However, today when I tried to login at

https://login.us.cloud.talend.com

it seems to be redirecting me to our separate stitch account as when I try to reset password it keeps referring to stitch.

I have cleared my cache, managed passwords, tried in an incognito browser and a separate computer to no avail.

I have raised a support ticket but was hoping I might get a quicker resolution here.

You should simply assign yourself at least a TMC role, such as Operator. Please ask your colleagues to give you a basic role and let us know how it goes.
