Unable to change name of dashboard in hub after upgrade nov 2024 -> may 2025 patch 3

Yesterday we upgraded our Qlik sense environment to may 2025 - patch 3. A problem which occurred since this upgrade is that from the hub, we are unable to change the name and description of the app. We are able to enter the screen in which the settings can be changed, and we can enter new name/description, but it is not stored. 

In qmc this can be done. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Audit in qmc indicates we do have all rights on the dashboard (all privileges are green).

This issue resolved itself. It lasted a couple of days, and currently we are able to rename again... No idea of the cause of this.
