User Not able to See My Published App

Hey Team,

Can anyone help on this? I duplicated the app from other Root admin and I made the changes in it basically date filter pane was not working, Which I fixed it and published the App with different name but User is not able to see that app in his hub, when I am trying give access to that App is not visible in custom properties of that user. How do I fix it? Any support will be appreciated.

Hey Andrade, Thank you for the response. I got the solution published through QMC. So it's visible to user I was publishing through hub that is reason user is not able to see it.

Hi @praveen_hattan ,

Go to QMC, Apps section.

You will have to enable the Custom Properties view within the Apps section. Then pick the user name within the custom property (see below).

Alternatively, you should be able to Publish and Replace the app on top of the existing published app. This way, the permissions of the existing app will remain and user access will be preserved.
