Winsows could not stop the talend Administration Center 7.3.1 server

Hi,

Since several weeks, we experiencing an issue when we reboot the "Talend Administration Center" windows service.

In attachments the error message and the Catalena log.

After rebooting the server, the services restarts correctly but the TAC URL is invaluable

After rebooting the server3 times, the service restarts and the URL is up;

Can you help please?

Hello @Samir CHEBLI​ ,

Basically, the error message occurs because your request gets timed out before the server is able to initiate a connection or a response, a simple fix one must try changing the timeout settings of the services through the registry editor by:

  1. press "Window + R" to run "regedit"
  2. Once in the registry editor, navigate to the following file path:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\

add a new “ServicesPipeTimeout” key with value "180000"
