Are existing QS enterprise customers entitled to Qlik alerting without additional cost ? If not, what is the license model ?

the pricing as per qlik sense site ,
the product isn't part of the qlik sense existing license

Does this mean that Qlik Alerting is an add on to Qlik Sense with a separated license such as it happens with GeoAnalytics?
Yes, that is correct. Qlik Alerting is a value added product for Qlik Sense which has a separate license to Qlik Sense.
Starting to feel "Licensing fatigue" here with almost every new announcement 🙄
I don't like the fact that new features are not part of enterprise license. For that reason, I have been building alerting module of my own (free of charge). To do so you need to send alerts from the ETL script but obviously you could build a separate script for that purpose and thereby manipulate how often alerts are sent instead of sending alerts only when your main app is reloaded. The downside on this solution is that each KPI measure has to be pre-calculated into the data model and therefore I loose certain flexibility of dynamic measure calculations based on selections and variables etc.
For others who are interested building alerting by themselves could follow these steps:
Edit: I just got Q2G connector working which means that alerting can be set more dynamically instead of having to pre-calculate all KPI's into data model.
I need more explanation on this. How is the pricing? Any pdf to throw more light?
Just to inform you that Qlik Alerting (Data Alerts) is included with QSE SaaS on QCS.
Stay safe and healthy.

We have licenses which can be used both on SaaS and enterprise which we use now, does that then entitle me to use Qlik Alerting on-prem on the enterprise installation?
Excellent question! I have the same setup - enterprise and SaaS. I'd love to know if/how Qlik Alerting can be used in this setup.
Is there a way to enable Qlik Alerting in the on-prem version of Qlik Sense or should an app be distributed to the cloud and have alerts setup in the app that was distributed to the cloud? Or is there some other option for clients that have a license for both on-prem/client-managed and SaaS versions of Qlik Sense?
