Dear Qlik Team,
Hello. I am currently investigating an issue with a script error on the Qliksense Server that I am using, and I am reaching out for assistance as I am encountering some difficulties. Below are the details of the issue:
Error: General Script Error in statement
We are currently reviewing logs and scripts related to this Task Error. This issue occasionally occurs, and when it fails with the same error during reload, it resumes normal operation after attempting to reload again within a certain time frame (within 30 minutes).
Here are the details of what we have checked so far:
1) Service Check:
- The service is running correctly when this issue occurs.
2) Disk Space Check:
- There is sufficient disk space related to the task in question.
3) Log Inspection: General Script Error in statement
- The error message mentioned above is present. We have reviewed the script in relation to this error and have also checked Qlik-related resources, but we have not been able to identify the root cause.

1. Checked for unintended additional characters in column names:
- Since the app fails with the same error but then operates normally when reloaded within 30 minutes, and there have been no changes, it does not seem to be related to whitespace or additional characters.
2. There is sufficient disk space for saving the app.
Additionally, we are attaching the Task Failed log files for your reference.
5) Version Bug Check:
- The current version is 13.102.5.
We have identified a "General Script Error" bug in previous versions.

Is it possible that this issue is related to a bug as well?
If so, should we attempt to set ParallelFieldWrite=0 in the Settings.ini file?
Is a service restart required for this change to take effect?
Are there any other issues we should be aware of when applying this change?
I apologize for the lengthy message, but I appreciate your attention to this matter. If you could provide any additional areas to investigate or guidance, it would be greatly appreciated.
I look forward to your response from the Qlik Support Team.
Thank you.
