Filter out Dimensions in Qlik Alerting

Hi Team,
We want to establish the mechanism of alert distribution by delivering individual alerts specific to the user id depending on the dataset receiving it. [If we have Multiple measures or Dimensions, how can we segregate those alerts based on user id and send that alert according to that user to which data he/she has access. Example like section access.]

Can you share some inputs on these, if there is a possibility to work on them?
