Installing and configuring Qlik Alerting

Hi,

Now I'm installing Qlik Alerting for Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows, May 2022 (qliksenseserver:14.67.7) on my laptop.
So, I installed Node.js v18.10.0 and MongoDB 6.0.2 community edition.
Then, I also installed Qlik Alerting Oct 2021 (1.6.0).

After that, I accessed Qlik Alerting through the Chrome browser on my laptop, using  http://localhost:4551 and then it's redirected to http://localhost:4552/#/register as it is expected.
As you know, there are 4 steps, Qlik connection, Config, Email and Select admin at the initial registration process.
However, the configuration was not finished successfully due to the 3rd step Email.

So, I uninstalled Qlik Alerting, Nodejs and MongoDB fully on my laptop and now I am trying to install them and configure Qlik Alerting again.
But whenever I try to access http://localhost:4551 in order to configure Qlik Alerting at the initial registration process, it's redirected to https://localhost:4552/#/login, rather than to https://localhost:4552/#/register.

There is no user registered on Qlik Alerting yet and the database qlikalerting was not created on MongoDB yet.
And I tried to click "I forgot my password", but it doesn't work correctly with the error message "Internal server error".

I've been doing several times again and again, but I have no idea how to get the initial registration process page.
What am I supposed to do to get https://localhost:4552/#/register for the initial registration process?

Thanks,
Sean

Hi @ifw  I would suggest that you uninstall once again. Then make sure there are no residual files left before doing a fresh install. If any of the folders below remain on your system after uninstalling remove them
"C:\Program Files\Qlik Alerting\" and also "C:\ProgramData\QlikAlerting. "

Hope this helps.
