Setting an alert to only trigger once per month

Is there a way on SaaS to configure an alert to only trigger once per month?

I have an app that reloads multiple times per day and once a criteria is hit I want the alert to populate once and then no longer populate for the rest of the calendar month.

But I don't seem to be find an option other than the snooze notification to stop this triggering on every subsequent reload.

The Snooze if selecting one month means that it won't populate again until 1 month has passed, not restart until the following month.

You might be able to make an automation that would do this for you instead.
