Accessing Mashups via Mobile devices

I am having difficulties accessing QS objects withing my mashup when I am on my iPad. I am authenticated, but all I am seeing is my HTML content? I have seen the issue occur and have seen CORS thrown out there? But I am thinking it could be the relative path for

"<script src="/resources/assets/external/requirejs/require.js"></script>"

Can anyone shed some light on this issue?
