Add data written by hand in a chart

Hello Everyone. 

How can I do the following:

I have a chart that is showing the amount of sales, I get this information from a SAP system. This is not an excel.

I want to compare this information with a the sales plan, which is made at the beginning of the year, which is in excel. 

How could I add both data in one diagram? should i upload this numbers by hand in the data manager? using inline? how?

i am lost

I would add the location of the excel file as a data source and load the data directly from the excel sheet.

Like Willie said, add your Excel's location as a data source and then you can load it.

Adding the data source allows you to reload the Excel in the future vs simply loading it once in memory.
