Adding measures/KPI's at specific position of the static image in Qlik sense

Hi Qlik Experts, 
I  have a problem and I am not sure about how can I build it using qlik.
I am uploading a static image using Text & Image chart but the image has labels and I want to add calculated measures specific to each labeling at the label position.

Example:- Given the image like this, how can I add image + KPI's (measures) at respective numbers of the image?
Please help me.
I have a table with location, Qty of those labels and I want to add Qty here next to the number on the image.

Location	Qty
1	100
2	200
3	201
4	202
5	203
6	204
7	205
8	206
