Address in Qliksense

How can I add a physical address, phone number and email address as part of an app in qliksense as follows just as you would write it in word or on a letterhead

Ohio, 30067

This data is already in a database in separate columns.  What kind of chart would best work with this ??

May be try with a KPI object if there is only one address to show. Expression might look something like this

Street & Chr(10) & City & Chr(10) & State & ', ' & ZipCode & Chr(10) & PhoneNo & Chr(10) & Email

Where words in red are all field names

I will also need to filter the addresses and show one at a time. Sorry KPI will not work!!

Then use a table, I am not sure how else do you plan to show this information? Would you be able to share a sample?
