We have configured an automatic alert in Qlik. The email is successfully triggered and delivered to the recipients, but when opened in Microsoft Outlook, the alert message is cut off or partially hidden.
The issue appears to be related to the way the email is rendered by Outlook’s reading pane. When the same alert is viewed in other email clients (e.g., browser view or Gmail), the message displays correctly.
Steps to reproduce:
Create an alert in Qlik (using the standard email template).
Trigger the alert.
Open the email in Microsoft Outlook (reading pane or normal view).
Observe that the email content is cropped/cut off.
Expected behavior: The email content should be fully visible without any clipping or layout issues.
Actual behavior: The content of the alert email is being cut off in Outlook, hiding part of the message.
